To operate as not-for-profit

Staff will be volunteers from Youth With A Mission along with those from within the local community.

Profits will be used within the local community helping children and youth participate in recreational activities, educational and development programs and helping families learn to eat and live healthy while respecting their environment.

Profits will also be used for international development projects including feeding programs, children's aid/education, and advancement of human rights around the world.

To develop local community

To partner with existing organizations and build a network of people and businesses that emphasize the growth and development of Blackfalds, improving the quality of life for people living in the community.

As much as possible, to use local resources in order to help strengthen and build the community economy.

To develop international community

To offer products that include ‘fair trade’ designation and other similar strategies aimed at quality of life for foreign workers.

Assist through finances and sending volunteers to work on community development projects. Some possibilities are education, sporting activities and other opportunities or projects that work to see a foreign community experience a higher level of quality and enjoyment of life.
